Cook Street is a contemporary culinary center located in the heart of Denver, devoted to professional and recreational education. Cook Street's six-month program feature intensive, hands-on training with a maximum ratio of eight students to one chef-instructor. The Professional Culinary Program focuses on classic French technique and regional French and Italian cuisine and focuses on food history and culture and wine education ensuring that every moment in our classroom serves to build our students' foundation of culinary excellence.
We take a concise approach to other related topics such
as business management and food cost analysis, maintaining an emphasis
on food and wine history, palate development and practical technique.
The education experience culminates with three weeks of study in France
and Italy and then a sponsored externship to prepare the student for a
career in the culinary industry.
