Connecticut Culinary Institute - Baran Institute of Technology
Featuring small classes and a strongly focused hands-on approach to Culinary
Arts, the award winning program at Farmington's Connecticult Culinary
Institute is a thorough 60 week program. A mix of both in-class practicum
and cooking externship, Connecticut Culinary Institute provides students
with the ability to choose their occupation within the industry that best
reflects their skills.
Offered are both the regular Culinary Arts program as well as the Professional
Pastry and Baking and Italian Culinary Arts program. CCI's job placement
program is known throughout the East Coast for providing key assistance
to graduates. Financial aid is available.

Culinary Arts at Lincoln Technical Institute
With fully-appointed culinary arts learning facilities in both Shelton
and Cromwell, Lincoln Technical Institute offers all the culinary student
needs to train for a full time job in the hospitality industry. With a
broad and varied program with concentration on hands-on practice, students
learn a wealth of skills, including such cuisinary specialties as Latin,
Asian and World foods.
Several programs are available, all supported by an industry-backed job
placement program. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
