Robert Morris College - Chicago Culinary Arts Program
The Institute Of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris College in Chicago, Illinois
offers an accredited degree program focusing on the practical skills of
food preparation and restaurant management.
Offering both Associates and Bachelors degree programs, this well respected
program offers such courses as: Classical Cuisine, Taste Of The World
and American Cuisine in the culinary area, while in the management area
offers Restaurant Operations Management, Menu Management and Facilities
design, among others. Culinary Internships are also a major part of the
program, giving students real-world experience and the job contacts necessary
to advance in the cooking industry.
