Formerly known as the New York Food And Hotel Management School, the newly revamped Culinary Academy of New York offers hands on, practical training in the culinary arts, providing candidates with real world experience before they join the workforce. With two locations, one in Long Island and one in New York City, Culinary Academy Of New York alumni consist of some of the most famous chefs worldwide.
